Could A Pus Filled Boil That Itches Have Turned Into An Infection?
thought it was a mosquito bite but its not
I scratched it its on the back of mY leg it
immediately burned and about three goes layer started looking infected and throbbing bow two days later I tryed. draining it because it's all pussie and hard it started throbbing more and caused my lower back from the l 1 down to feel like its broken in half I also have a big pus filled boil in my right armpit both are worrying me a lot please help matt from riverside CA

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.
Does seem to suggest an infection.
If I was the treating doctor I would have advised an empirical oral antibiotic for a week OR 10 days (My choice of oral antibiotic would have been Amoxycillin 500mg in combination with clavulanic acid 125 mg, thrice daily, for a week OR Cephalexin 500ng thrice daily OR Cefadroxil 500mg twice daily, for a week). That would take care of the infection.
An OTC pain killer e.g ibuprofen once or twice daily would help you deal with the pain.
