Could A Sweet Smell Sensation In Nose Be Related To Migraine?

i just randomly had a sweet smell in my nose and it went away soon after. I have migraines with aura, blind spot grows i see shimmery lights. sweeping numbness are all included with the migraines. but I have never had anything like this And i thought i was starting a migraine. I was wondering what the smell could have been or am I just paranoid (which I am..very much so) Height: 5 7 . Weight: 174.
