Could Abdomen Cramping Be Due To Codeine And Diazepam?

Hello I suffer from chronic back pain and today I ve taken 500mg naproxen this morning, 50mg tramadol this afternoon and 30mg codeine and 5mg diazepam this evening before bed. I am currently experiencing severe stomach cramping could this be a side effect?

Abdominal cramps could be due to tramadol or codeine.
I would suggest you to take tablet meftal spas and a tablet of pantoprazole 20mg. You will feel better.
