Could Abdominal Pain And Vomiting Happen Due To Prominent Bowel Loops Seen In Iliac Fossa Region?
there is evidence of thickened, hetrorechoic, prominent bowel loops seen in the right iliac fossa region. Few oval mesentric lymp nodes seeen , largest ap prox 14mm*9mm in size. Multiple small follicles are seen arranged in the periphery of both ovaries , measuring approx 5-8mm in size . Symptoms are abdominal pain and vomiting, i want to know what kind of disease it can be?
Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day
Thickening of the bowel could cause obstruction of lumen of the bowel causing intermittent obstruction. This Subacute obstruction could be the cause of pain and vomiting. Crohns or tuberculosis of intestine needs to be ruled out as the cause.
Take Care
