Could Abdominal Pain Be Caused Due To UTI?

Hi Doctor, I m a 17 years old girl who is having issues involving my menstruation and clitoris. My Menstruation began yesterday with a mild abdominal cramp and now today it got worst and painful, normally. Having cramps wasn t really in my expectation, i dont really have any experience with it according today. On top of that after an hour rest i had PAINFUL, stinging and scary sensation on my clitoris when urinating. I kept peeing mostly every minute. I wondered maybe it was the natural cost of having sexual intercourse or Un healthy dietary food... or maybe UTI?! Doc, please help me. I really don t want this to get worst.. what is a home remedy that can supervise this illness?
