Could Abdominal Pain, Cysts, Back Pain And Mucus Discharge Indicate Ovarian Cancer?

Hi, Im 38 years old with a 3 and 7 year old. Last month I had a lot of abdominal pain and had called the GYN for check up. The pain was so bad for a few days , unlike any I ever had. He did US and pap and said it appears as if i have regular cysts. Last week I had brown muus discharge in between cycles. In addition, I fell sick with awful back pain. This week Ive noticed awful stomach pain after I eat or constant burning. My GP said could be ulcer and rxed meds. I shoud also pount out that Im bloated and have been on and off this year sometimes looking very pregnant. I googled these signs and every sign shows that these are symptoms of ovarian cancer. Other than my grandmother dying of breast cancer, Its not very prevalent in my family. Any thoughts or recommendations? Is this just gastritis which was diagnosed by my PC yesterday?
