i am concerned that I may have a bowel obstruction. I am having abdominal pain on my front right side, pain through groin area, pain in my back over right hip & my legs feel very heavy & weak. I normally have 3-4 bowel movements a day & have not had one since yesterday morning. No nausea or vomiting. feel as though I may have a mild fever. thoughts?

Welcome to healthcare magic..

As per your complain you have problem of constipation. Normally lack of water and lack of high fiber foods intake cause constipation problem.

Take a bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful to you..
Drink more water per day.

Take high fiber foods like whole grains, oats and flax seeds...

Take a fruits like peach and kiwi helpful in digestion.
