Could Acid Reflux Be The Cause Of Swelling Of Abdomen And Stomach Pain?

I am 39 years old and female. I have been having problems with stomach pains, swelling of the abdomen and look about 9 months pregnant, I have also been throwing up green colored stuff on and off for awhile. I have acid reflux and I take pepcid, prilosec, and recently placed on reglan. I am scheduled for an endoscopy the 4th, but I am concerned as I just found out my liver enzymes are elevated to 50. I realize thats not very high, but what concerns me is that in 2000 when I had my son two months early by c-section I had pre-eclampsia and was told I could develop liver damage down the road and I have had my liver enzymes checked yearly since then and have never been elevated until now, I am really worried as to what this could be. I also wanted to start the HCG drops for weight loss, but not sure if that is wise at this time. Oh and my doctor won't order any scans of my gallbladder or liver because they did a cat scan on gallbladder back in May.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pre-eclampsia in 2000 may not be related any liver disease or disorder now after so many years.
The vomiting of bile, swelling of abdomen to the tune of looking 9 months pregnant is most probably due to the following reasons:
Sub-acute intestinal obstruction.
This can be diagnosed by the following way:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
CT scan of the abdomen for gall bladder was done in past - hence must be repeated for the whole abdomen in the contrast enhanced way to see for any intestinal problems.
Also go for tests of stool , blood and urine; repeat the liver functions in full.
Do not be bothered if enzymes are slightly elevated unless they are not regressing down or are increasing.
If there is intestinal obstruction get operated to get a proper diagnosis and have properly treated is there is any specific cause.
