Could Bad Breath Be Caused By GERD?

Hello. I ve been trying to figure out for over a year now, as to why I have feces breath. I even got my tonsils removed thinking the odor was caused from tonsil tones but that didn t eliminate it. I was recently told I have gerd. Could this smell really be caused by gerd? I m so young. How come others that are older or obese don t have this bad feces smell? I ve noticed I m having digestive issues as well. Is there any cure? Im 31 years and this is ruining my life. Please help!
