General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Slight bleeding is quiet common with Mirena, especially on the initial days of usage. If symptoms persists you have to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound to rule out other possibilities like fibroid uterus or endometriosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
