Could Blood Traces Found In Urine Lead To Twitching Pain In Clitoris And Frequent Urination?
My wife is auffering from twitching pain in clitoris,constantly peeing, unable to control pee. What could be the reason for this and what s the remedy for this. Would want to take her to the doc but it s late . Also she says there are some blood traces in her urine Please advice.
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your wife has Acute UTI .
Please get her routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please ask her to take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure she drinks more water.To keep her urine dilute This will help to control dysuria. Dr.Patil.
