Could Breathlessness,cold And Fever Indicate STD?

Hi doc I had condom protected sex, 2 weeks back with a commercial sex worker....however during sex the condom came off....My penis was however outside that time.....I am 80kilos weight....5 feet 6inches...and doing gym for weight reduction.....past few days i am having breathlessness and today i have developed cold and mild fever....should i be alarmed

If you are having associated symptom like discharge from penis or painless or painful ulcer over genitalia or pain in testicles or near lymphnode or any complaint related with your genitalia then think about STD otherwise your symptom could be due to some other infection may be viral or bacterial .Howevewr STD could be asymptomatic so if you want to rule out these consult as you had unprotected sex go to your health care setting and investigate yourself .
