Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My Dr just changed my medss from 2.5 ng of Amlodipine &. 0.4 mg Nitro patch to 10 ng of Amlodipine and no patch it s only been one day and I felt a pain in my chest for the first time in close to a year. Should I switch back tonight to the original doses until I see my Dr next week.
I would like to say Yes sometimes change of medicines may cause pain in chest. As it might be possibility that its a side effect of new medicines. Its not possible every times but some times its happens.
So, Better is that you should concern your doctor.
Hope my answer is helpful to you,
Thanks & Regards, Gaurav Prajapati
