Could Chest And Knee Pain, Tightness In Chest And Irregular Periods Indicate Progesterone Deficiency?

I am 25 y/o,female, and I am wondering if current symptoms may be related to progesterone deficiency. Usual PMS symptoms, mild pain behind the left knee, anxiety, mild chest pains and mild tightness in the chest (like its difficult to take a full breath). On day 36 of cycle, however irregular periods. Symptoms are all on and off, and never unbearable. What worries me the most is the chest pain, albeit mild and not steady, and may be from the anxiety.

Hi,
Though bloating and gaseous distension is a feature of premenstrual symptom complex, you still need to see a physician to exclude the cause of the chest discomfort. If there is no other discernible cause for the symptoms and tests negative, you may rest assured. Anxiety can mimic so many diseases and can lead to irregular cycles also. Please get proper advice from a counselor, if that is needed. Please maintain a healthy weight and a proper diet. See a gynecologist for further support. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
