Could Choclear Benign Lesion Be Due To Having Severe Allergies And Constant Sneezing?

My husband has been diagnosed with a choclear benign lesion. He has had vertigo for about a week and a half. He has severe allergies and is always sneezing and blowing his nose. Could this be caused from his allergies?

Also how is this normally treated?

Allergy may cause vertigo. Allergies are treated by avoiding allergens, using antiallergics like moteleukast and levocetrizine combination. At times, a short course of oral steroids should be given.
