Could Cluster Of White Bumps At Vagina Be Due To Yeast Infection?

Hello I ve noticed in a small area at the bottom of my vagina there is a small cluster of white bumps .. They are small . They don t itch or anything , they don t pop . Is it from a bad yeast infection ? I recently had my period and the pad irritated the sides of my legs but could it cause a rash on my vagina it self ?
