Could Combiflam Be Given For Severe Pain In Hands And Arms?

Hi, my husband is having sevier pain in his hands n arms so i want to give him combiflame as its the only pain killer available at home.. it says mfg date is May 2012 but expiry date can t be seen so pls help me if I should give it to my husband or not.. pls reply asap

I would not recommend you to give such medicines to your husband if expiry that is not mentioned. I think it is either expired or close to it so it will not be as effective as a normal medicine should be. Some time there can be side effects also. I would suggest you to give her any medicine out of these.
Paracetamol, VOveron, nimesulide, Brufen
I want to forbid you to give any such medicines for which detail is not available. As you never know if some side effects occurs.
