Hello ma'am and welcome.

This is not necessarily related to pregnancy but is more likely to be a hormonal imbalance that could have resulted from various causes like stress, medication, at times intercourse, or a possible abnormality of the uterus or inner lining of the uterus. Please meet your doctor who will be able to adequately address your issue.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
