Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Since you have used medication to postpone your natural cycle, you can expect the withdrawal bleeding 3-7 days after completion of the treatment. This is because of the hormone disturbance created. If, however, you do not see a menstrual period even after ten days, you need to see a specialist for further management. A pregnancy test is not likely to be needed since your chances of conception are nil as you had the intercourse during your safe period. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
