Could Delayed Periods Be The Side Effect Of Being On Ritalin?

i have been taking 20mg ritalin that has been recently prescribed for the last month. i usually get my period around the first of the month and i havent gotten it yet. should i consider this one of ritalins side effects? i have taken a pregnancy test and it came up as negative

I studied your question and found no direct connection between ritalin and delayed periods. But ritalin can cause nervousness and loss of appetite which can disrupt your period.
