Could Dizziness Be Related To Drug Withdrawal?
I have been on ativan .5 mg once a day for almost 2 months. I started reducing dose to 3/4 of .5 mg 7 days ago. Is it too early to jump to 1/2 a pill tomorrow. I feel dizzy 2 hours before daily dose and dizzy after it....is it anxiety or withdrawal?

As i understood what you wrote, you tapered the dose of ativan which you are taking since 2 M.What you mentioned i.e feeling dizzy is the withdrawal symptom of ativan.2nd part you asked , is it too early to jump to 1/2 pill .No it is not too early ,25%reduction weekly is ok. You feel dizzy as i told you the reason, it will happen for 1-2 week but you will bear this, to stop it as it is an addictive medicine.Hope you got the answer.
