Could Drinking Monster Energy Drink Be The Cause For Burning Penis During Urination With Frequent Urination?
Hi. My husband recently started drinking monster energy drinks ( against my advice ). He already takes meds for HBP, and his reading have been satisfactory for yrs. HOWEVER - now his numbers are running around 155/105 and he is having painful, burning in the head of his penis when he urinates. Also, urination has become more urgent and frequent. Would the monster possibly be the cause, I think yes.
Thanks for query on HCM. Monster energy drink contains vitamin-b.glucose,maltodextrine,l-carnitine,inositol. It is very helpful as energy booster. It has no any side effect like burning while urinating. Go for cbc, urine test to confirm any urinary tract infection,if it persist then also go for usg abdomen to confirm the stone in the urinary tract. Drink more water. Ask your treating doctor about this.
