Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

It is very likely the symptoms you are experiencing are due to a possible infection. Sertraline might cause changes in mood and irritation but it does not cause fever with chills and nausea and vomiting in normal usual therapeutic dose.
I would say that you can take paracetamol and plenty of fluids (ibuprofen and similar drugs are not very recommended towards the last weeks of pregnancy).
If you still are vomiting and not keeping fluids than you will need to see your doctor.

Have you been having your regular checks during the pregnancy? how is your blood pressure and urinalysis? It is important that you have them checked weekly towards the end of the pregnancy to rule out the possibility of preeklampsia or eklampsia. These are problems during pregnancy that cause high blood pressure and can present with stomach ache or nausea and vomiting, being confusing to the doctor but should not be missed as they can be dangerous to the mother and the child.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
