Could Duphaston And Proxen Cause Weightgain?
Hello. I took duphaston10 and proxen to fix my period for 2 months. I had also hypothyroid problems and im taking euthyrox50. Im gaining weight because of water retation and fat (as the dietician told me that a hypothyroid accumulates abdominal fat insteed of burning them) . How long does it take to get over this problem ?! And is there any relation between those pills i used to take and weight gain?! Thanks a lot

the most common side effect of duphaston is weight gain.
menstrual problems, nausea and migranes are also common in duphaston
proxen is a non steroidal antiinflamatory drug. it will not cause weight gain
