Could Engorged Veins In Penis Diagnosed Mild Dilated Veins With Mild Varicosity Be Serious?

Hi Veins on top of my penis get engorged if I sit in a different position for a long time. This started all of sudden. I checked with an urologist here for any blood clot and other issues. Ultrasound showed no blood clot and mild dilated veins with mild varicosity. Would that have any problem in my life in future ?

No this should not be a problem. They do not have any clinical relevance for as long as erectile function is unaffected.
