Hello, there are many causes for chronic abdominal pain and diarrhea and tests need to be done to rule out different causes. However, if you are taking 20 cups of tea a day, it can and does cause diarrhea because it caffeine can stimulate motility in the gastrointestinal system. Because of the increased motility (movement) the bowels (the guts) might cramp up and this gives rise to pain. The fact that your diet is lacking in fruits and vegetables causes a lack of dietary fibre in your diet, and hence this will aggravate the pain that you are experiencing. I hope this answer helps. You should adopt a healthy eating habit and see if you experience some relief from your symptoms.
