Could Excessive Exercise Cause Severe Headache And Twitching Of Eyes?

I have had a fever on Friday and saturday with a temperature of 102.5. It has gone now. I also had a severe headache (which I've still got) and I had twitching eye already in my right eye, but now it's in my left eye and also my stomach on the left side, almost all the time. Could this all be caused by too much exercise? I exercised on thursday when i felt tired, then I didn't sleep v well on Thursday night.

Yes, excessive exercise can do more harm than good. Its best to exercise at a moderate pace and for a shorter duration especially when you are not used to it. Too much exercise is treated as stress by the body and on top of that you could n't even sleep which added more stress leading to fever and headache. Twitching occurs when blood flow through blood vessels increases especially when you exercise after a period of inactivity. Hope this answers your query.
