Could Fall On Tiles With No Visible Lumps Followed By Normal Behaviour Cause Internal Injury?

My baby fell a few hours ago at the mall from a standing up position on the tiles. After the fall she cried for a few mins then behaved like her normal self again. It was quite a hard fall but no lump appeared. I am so worried. Could it have caused internal injury?

Hello. Thank you for your question. It is unlikely that any internal injury was caused. That she cried immediately after the fall is very reassuring. Loss of consciousness, which did not happen, would be evidence oh head injury. Any injury to limbs, or anything internal, would be painful and she would not be behaving like her normal self.
