Could Feeding Formula Milk Cause Foul Smelling Stools And Urine In An Infant?

Hi. My 14 month old has very offensive smelling nappies. She is breastfed at night and cows milk formala during the day. She started on formula after her 1st birthday. Also, she has black bits in some of her poo nappies. I'm a bit concerned. Could you help me please?

Child had contracted stomach infection,
Needs to be evaluated by stool culture and sensitivity. And accordingly child to be treated.
