Could Fever And Cramps Be A Result Of Taking Susten?

Hi, I gor done FS and medication, i got HCG injection and ovulated on 19 april, i used susten 200mg twice a day for 12 days, i am spotting brown since 7 days on and off i do have fundal and intramural fibtroids, and i have mild fever and cramps too, if i am pregnant when should i check pls. let me know..

Dear madam,I understand your concern..
You can check for pregnancy after one week of missing the period by urine pregnancy test strip.if it is positive you can know the status of pregnancy by ultrasound .if the test is positive and you are having fever,pain abdomen,cramps and Brown spotting then consult ObGy as its not a good sign .it may be due to abortion or any abnormal pregnancy.ultrasound will confirm the diagnosis.if the test is negative it may be urine infection or any other cause so consult doctor and take appropriate treatment.
