Could Fever Followed By Small Lump On Back Of Head In An Infant Be Lymph Node?

I took my 13month old daughter to the doctors yesterday with fever and generally unwell, he said it was a virus and to keep an eye on her, she is the same today although fever has gone but has small lump on back of her head and near her ear? are these lymphnodes?

Hi,
It seems that she might be having some ear infection giving rise fever and enlarged lymph nodes on that site.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
She might require one antibiotic medicine course.
