Could Forgetting To Use The Qvar Inhaler Lead To Lightheadedness?

Hello, I am currently using a Qvar inhaler. I understand that it has a steroid in it. I have used it on a regular basis for months, and for some reason lately,I have been forgetting to use it on a regular basis. I wanted to know if it can cause dizziness if I am forgetting a dose? I have been getting light headed the last few days. Thank you
