Could Frequent And Painful Urination With Fever And UTI Be Indicative Cancer?

I went to the doctor because I am having very weird symptoms. Frequent urination, painful urination, 99.4 fever, abdominal pain. While I was there my doctor did my annual exam as well and said everything looked fine. There was a grainy substance on my uterus which she said was fine. I took a urine test and there was no bacteria found in my urine. I have had a UTI and this doesn t feel anything like a UTI so I know it s not that anyways. What is wrong with me? Or could be wrong with me? And could that grainy substance be cancer? Also, appendicitis does run in my family but I do not have right side pain specifically.

Your symptoms suggest that its UTI.
Doesnt look like cancer as its presentation is different & includes sudden weight loss, painless gross blood in urine etc.
Grainy substance can be a fibroid, a benign i.e. non-cancerous condition.
Get investigated for it with ur Gynaecologist's opinion.
