Could Frequent Urge For Urination Be Due To UTI?

I had a recent UTI, I didn't exactly take my pills as prescribed, I just took them until it stopped hurting. Now it has been about 2 months since it happened, and I woke up and it really hurts when I pee. I don't have the urge to pee all the time, it just hurts when I do pee. And My stomach really hurts! Could it still be a UTI? Or what could this mean?
