Could Frequently Erupting Red Small Dots On Skin Indicate HIV?
Hi Dr. i have been always worried about HIV..do blood test every 6 month...and now for the last two years i have only had sex 2 time..one was oral with protection and one was vaginal sex was protection too..what worries me is that..i keep getting petichea on my skin(i don t even know if thats petichea..red small dots...bright red and the color fade if rubbed for a min or so..don t turn blue or anything just fade away in a day or two)..and i get freaked out about the idea that they may indicate HIV virus as i heard..is that true?

hello thanks for your query on HCM, dont get panicked.. dont jump into wrong notion that something wrong has happened to you.. as you have had protected sex both the times, there is highly unlikely possibility that you nay have developed and STD. there must be some other problem for it.. see as to how they progress.. if they fade on their own, dont be worried, else do meet a dermatologist.. it may be due to heat and pressure effects also.. do follow your doctors advice.. things will surely improve... wish you good health...
