Could Gastritis And Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Indigestion?

Hi! Today, I ate large amounts of popcorn (a feeling I dread) and when I came home, I was really gassy and my abdomen hurted. So I slept for 3 hours and then when I woke up, I threw up the popcorn. Now, I feel almost well again. I looked online, and it says I must have indigestion. Does it look like I do, or do I have some other disease?

This is due to intestine infection via some sort of bacteria or virus, which may have been acquired by contaminated food or liquid.
