Could Green Discharge From Rectum Be Related To Hemorrhoids?

hi i have green slimy stuff, coming out of my anus, and also white thick stuff out my vagina, im 23 and i get himroids often and the anus itches, i also have sharp pains in my low stomach area, im really freaking out because i think its a std? please help me

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking, if this is the hemorrhoid condition then it must be associated with infection and I would suggest to treat the condition with Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day for five days and hemorrhoids demands the surgical attention, now for vaginal discharge it could be fungal infection and for that it can be managed with vaginal suppository like povidone iodine ointment, hope this information helps.
