Could Headaches And Nosebleed After An Head Injury Be Serious?

Hi i recently fell over and smacked the back of my head pretty bad off the floor. Since then I've been feeling unwell, getting headaches and when i blow my nose it bleeds. Is this anything to worry about or is this related to the fav I've recently had a cold?

thanks for your query,
i have gone through your query, the head ache or pain may be because of the impact and the bleeding from nose could be because of fractured nasal bone or any tear in the mucosa lining the nasal cavity.. consult a oral physician or an ENT surgeon...you need to undergo some radiographs to rule out any fracture...if bleeding is more consult the physicisn fast....
i hope my answer will help u...
