Could High BP And Pain In The Left Chest Lead To Heart Problems?

Hi I have high blood pressure have for years and heart desease runs on both sides of my family. My ? is the left side of my chest has been hurting for a couple weeks now iam short of breath and get dizzy spells when I cough and am very very weak. what should I do. should I worry bout it.
