Could High Fever And Back Pain Be Normal In Person With Pneumonia?

Diagosed with pnenomia . Is it common to have such severe back pain (upper back) soreness? Fever for the past two days of 102.5, however, it seems to have broken. Highest fever today was 99.5. Cannot get comfortable when lying down. Back pain can get so severe, hard to walk.

yes it is possible severe back pain ... as it common among fever patients .. but to rule out other cause kindly take an xray of ur back too
