Could Holding Urine For Long Durations Have Side Effects?
hii ,i m 20 ,i use to feel urge to urinate at night bt i use to keep holding it and i use to keep sleeping like that.now i dnt feel that urge to urinate at night and in the morning when i go to urinate less urine comes and i feel my bladder empties itself ..please help

Well, this should not be problematic if done once or few times. but repeated urine holding may increase risk of uroinfection and urinary stones formation so it should be definitely avoided before such complications occur. you need to drink more fluids and raspberry tea to clear up your urinary tract.
