Could I Be Pregnant Or Having Menopausal Sign With Delayed Period?

Hello I just would like to inquire what has been happening to me. I had my period last 09/10/13 then had spotting on 23/10/13 lasted for 2 days. Now, I am 2 months delayed. I am 42 yrs old and normally have regular menstrual pattern. Could I be pregnant or having menopausal sign?

please do a urine pregnancy test. You should be able to know Whether you are pregnant.
if you are not pregnant then consult a doctor to induce your period.
