Could Increased Amount Of Exercise Result In Pain In Arms And Legs?

Sometimes, my arm (left or right) and my leg (same side) will ache so badly I have to tack acetemenophen. My legs would do this when I was a child. I m 56 years old - excellent health. I ve recently increased my exercise from 4-5 days a week (90 min./day) to 6 days a week (90 min. each). Could this be the reason?

Hi,
From history it seems that you are doing over exercise so there are all chances of having your limbs become fatigued and strained.
Usually do exercises for 30-40 minutes a day for 5 days in a week,
Ok and take care.
