Could Irritated Penis After Having Sex Indicate An Infection?

Hi I had sex with my pregnant girl friend and I was wondering if I got infected she got checked by her docter and they ran tests but I m still not sure my ferilum skin on back side of my head had a black head pepmple I preceded to scratch it off and iratated the skin when I pulled skinn in th my penis it became a people and I used a back of can opener on bogs and it came of o did this on other side as well but outher side looks normal but were I iratated skin it looks puffy and purplish please I m so scaired it does not hurt to pee but I put neospotin and band aid on Ty bro baby when you read just know I ll allways be hear for you the area. Please respond I tried to forcefully remove it and like I said I tore skin till I calmed down and removed the skin it was curled up sort of and we both did oral and I did not break out she s verry particular about her area as am I but we didn t use condom please help and I couldn t cumm so I rubbed it hard for her which is were I think I cut top of my penis and it s going away but the furilieum is hurting a lot were I tried scratch of the pemple the wound is raised up and I m scaired please help Ty god bless this my first time by the way I m so scaired
