Could Itchy And Painful Blisters Around The Breasts Indicate Shingles?

Can I get shingles even if I had the shot for shingles. I have blisters on my right side above bra line in back and cleavage in front. They are itchy and painful. I was picking up some dry yard waste and the dust blew on me. That was when I first noticed it, but now I think maybe the rash was already there and the dust just just irritated it.
