Could Jaggy Pain In Ribs, Painful While Inhaling After Being In A Car Accident With Seatbelt Over Breast Suggest Broken Ribs?

i was in a car accident Saturday....the seatbelt went over my left breast and is very painful....when I was on my way home from the hospital, I noticed the rib pain....when I bend over it s a jaggy pain and when I inhale, it really hurts...is it likely that I broke it?

I can understand this the soft tissue pain over the chest area and the rib fracture pain are very much similar in pain intensity the best way to differentiate them is the x-ray chest this could clear the doubt, hope this information helps you have nice day.
