Could Joint Pain In Elbows/knees/ankles/wrists Be Related To Mono Or Strep?

Hello, my 19 year old daughter was diagnosed with mono and strep throat around July 5th. She seemed to recover the past several weeks, however, a week ago she started developing joint pain in her elbows, knees, ankles and wrists. Tonight her ankles were swollen. Could this be related to the mono or strep? She has never had anything like this happen before. Thank you!
