Could Lack Of Sexual Interest Be Due To Alcohol Addiction?
My husband quit drinking two months ago after years of alcohol abuse and he now has no interest in sex. He is 64 but this has never been a problem before (quite the opposite).. Any medical reason for this? He is 5' 9",178, and in great physical shape. Only medical issue is hereditary high chlolesterol. He is on Colestipol & Slo-Niacin.

Hello,
Alcohol do excite Central Nervous System.
In simple language, it excites.
So he is having alcohol withdrawal symptom.
TALK to him and SUPPORT him,try other methods to excite him like foreplay, videos,images,your love and efforts.
If this doesn't woek consult psychiatrist/Sexologist.
