Could Lack Of Sleep Be Causing Tiredness, Soreness, Pain And Stinging Sensation In Eyes?
One of my eyes is sore, achy and stings (my left eye, which is also the strongest of the two). This has been going on for a few weeks now. It is like the eye is tired, and in fact I am closing my eyes while typing this question to give it a rest. I am getting around 6 hours sleep a night, I am 53 and already have to wear plus 3 glasses for reading. Any suggestions?
Hello It seems from the history that you are having tiredness, soreness and stinging sensation of the eyes. This can be caused by lack of sleep and also by allergy of the eyes. Hence you can use anti-allergic eye drops or artificial tears eye drops according to the cause. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
