Could Long, Reddish Brown String Like Thing In Toilet Paper Be Worm Infection?

Hi there is a about3cm long string like thing I see on toilet paper and I have been seein is for about4 days now also it s been making a mess on my underwear like this redish brownish string stuff I don t know what this is could it be a n infection or worms and if so can that be very dangerous.please help and please don t be immature Note:iam 11 years and is female

I appreciate your query, if this is happening since four days and it is not happening at the time of defecation and does not have symptoms then it may not be worm it is advisable to confirm the menses bleeding first, if it need to be confirm at all then the material needs to be sent for laboratory test that is the best option you have, or you could discuss this with doctor showing the material that you finds, hope this information helps.
